Our Medical Board

Established to support clinical excellence and professional standards, the Ma Kuang Medical Board comprises experienced TCM physicians and representatives from clinic management. The board provides guidance on clinical practices, service quality, practitioner development, and patient care standards across the Group.

The Medical Board oversees the development and continuous improvement of TCM clinical services, including clinical protocols, documentation standards, and service quality. It also supports practitioner recruitment by advising on qualifications, professional standards, and appointment recommendations.

In addition, the board promotes professionalism, ethical practice, continuous education, and clinical development to ensure high standards of care for patients. The Medical Board meets regularly to review and strengthen clinical standards and practices within Ma Kuang TCM.
