Biography

Physician Tsai graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He is currently also serves as a physician in the Ophthalmology Specialty Group at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution and has pursued further training in ocular acupuncture at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In clinical practice, he specializes in treatments combining herbal medicine and acupuncture. His expertise includes eye care and holistic management of respiratory, digestive, dermatological conditions, as well as various pain disorders. Emphasizing the balance of yin and yang and individualized constitution-based care, he/she supports patients in chronic disease management, post-stroke rehabilitation, and overall emotional and physical well-being.
