1. Handling and managing patient satisfaction.

2. Performing therapy such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, Osteopathy Bonesetting, Post and Prenatal etc.

3. Performing clinic's daily operations such as maintaining hygiene standards

4. Sales of health services or products (attractive commission scheme)

5. Any other tasks as assigned

Job Description:

1. Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service

2. Attend to enquiry via phone calls

3. Schedule patient’s appointment

4. Process invoice and payment collections

5. Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels

6. Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic

7. Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products

8. To perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements：

• At least Secondary School / "O" level or equivalent
• Basic IT knowledge

• Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
• Proficiency both in Chinese and strong command in English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking customers

Working Hour: Full time: 5 days, 10am-9pm (1.5 - 2hr breaktime)

Job Description:

1. Provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients

2.  Attend to patients’ enquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries

3. Ensure proper documentation of treatment services and medicine assigned to patients in TCM database

4. Attend TCM health talks and workshops

5. Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in TCM

2. Candidates must possess a valid certification with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board

3. Basic IT knowledge

4. Friendly personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers

5. Be open to learning new things

6. Must be able to work on weekends and public holiday

Working Location: Islandwide, can be discussed.

Working hours: 5 days per week, 10-9pm (Weekdays), 10-8pm (Weekends)
